Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Visa Counsellor located in Ahmedabad and Surat. The Student Visa Counsellor will provide personalized guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities, including university selection and visa application procedures. Daily tasks include engaging in student and family counseling, evaluating eligibility, supporting documentation preparation, coordinating with universities and visa consultants, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless process for international education.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in selecting the right study abroad opportunities and pathways
• Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills to effectively communicate with students, families, institutions, and stakeholders
• Strong Customer Service orientation to ensure a supportive, student-focused experience throughout the application and visa process
• Knowledge of Education systems, international universities, and visa requirements
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms for managing student records and communication
• Familiarity with international study destinations, their cultures, and education systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or similar is preferred
