Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the company. Your day-to-day

responsibilities will include:

1. Helping candidates identify personal interests and career goals and assisting candidates in planning strategic career moves and developing leadership skills.

2. Developing and implementing effective coaching strategies to help students overcome employment-related challenges.

3. Identifying students’ strengths and advising them on how to use those strengths to secure employment or excel in their chosen career path.

4. Holding seminars and workshops to educate individuals who are searching for the right career path.

5. Reviewing students’ resumes and suggesting improvements as needed and assisting them with job search skills, making contact with prospective employers, and completing job applications..

6. Providing information on suitable career paths based on students’ skills, qualifications, interests, and experience.

7. Maintaining accurate records of students’ progress and taking end-to-end responsibility for student experience.

8. Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Job Coach with minimum 2+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
• Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Passion for education is a must.
• Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work with great speed
