Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct personalized one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students’ academic goals, strengths, and career aspirations.
2. Develop tailored mentoring plans and recommend suitable colleges, courses, and career pathways based on individual student profiles.
3. Guide students through every stage of the counselling and admission process, ensuring clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making.
4. Build strong mentor-student relationships through continuous support, regular follow-ups, and long-term engagement.
5. Track student progress and counselling outcomes while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate guidance and seamless enrolment support.
