Pathways School Gurgaon is looking for a Student Counselor for Primary Grades to handle students from Nur to Grade 5. The incumbent should be able to act as a friend, philosopher and guide to the students. The ideal candidate must have a PG in Behaviour Counseling or Guidance Counseling with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in School setting handling the similar age group. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the performance and growth of every student physically, emotionally, educationally, spiritually, and socially. She/he would also be responsible to assess if the students needs any extra help in ES, ALS or subject area and arrange the same. Should have effective communication skills for dealing with students, parents, teachers, and should be organized, energetic and self-directed.
