Roles and Responsibilities

• To speak with aspiring students and give them the right career options for Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Canada, Australia, USA and UK
• Should be able to give all the information of all the courses available and guide them to the students to choose the right one.
• To convert the enquiries into registrations
• Follow up with enquiries that have positive response.
• Make Telephone Calls for Follow up
• Convert course enquiries into admissions.
• Inform, educate and counsel students/parents for the right courses
• To maintain high standards of quality and accuracy at all levels
• Assisting and supporting the management by meeting and communicating with visitors, prospective parents, and students.
• Encouraging telephonic leads and leads from other sources to walk into the centre for counselling

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience : 2-5 yrs into Education Counselling
• Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi(optional)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
• Prior experience in Overseas Education Sales /student counseling is highly recommended
• Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
• Familiarity with computers and the internet is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
• Sales oriented and target driven attitude
• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
• Leadership skills and strong relationship building skills.
