Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for a STEM Engineer. The responsibilities include designing and implementing STEM learning modules, facilitating STEM workshops, and mentoring students in subjects like robotics, coding, 3D printing, and electronics. The role also requires collaboration with educators and schools to deliver hands-on STEM programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the improvement and development of STEM curricula.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Robotics, Coding, 3D Printing, and Electronics technologies
• Experience in STEM curriculum design and instructional delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and hands-on technical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to students and educators
• Experience in organizing and leading workshops or mentoring students is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams
• Familiarity with educational tools such as LEGO Education systems is a plus
