They are experts who can facilitate students in their journey to learn these core concepts and skills

Job responsibilities Facilitate students as they learn core concepts in coding and their science curriculum, along with key 21st century skills like learning techniques and collaboration

Obviously, we will help hone your skills! Support a collaborative and vibrant learning environment in the classes

Track and be aware of students accomplishments and gaps

Have 1:1s with students and be aware of their personas, likes and dislikes

Have 1:1s with parents, build trustworthy relationships with them

Send regular updates on students progress and upcoming courses

Be an active member of our Learning-coach community and help with improving the student experience by providing constant feedback

Empower students by providing actionable feedback and genuine encouragement

You are someone with: 1+ years of teaching experience, preferably for school students of grades 3 -9. (Not mandatory) .A passionate desire for teaching and learning

Impeccable English communication skills

A tendency to be a fun, cheerful mentor for young kids

A compassionate personality, a desire to understand kids and be patient with them

Knowledge of at least 1 programming language ( not mandatory ) Basic knowledge of Science concepts in the CBSE curriculum (grades 8-10) Proficiency in computer skills (fluent with Google docs and spreadsheets), a willingness to learn new tools, and knowledge of latest technologies

Great intuition for how students like to learn and insight into common misconceptions You’re a problem solver by nature, you’re comfortable finding implementable solutions and moving quickly in a fast-paced process

Love for learning new skills and facing challenges

A knack to connect with students to engage and motivate them

A passion for education and a desire to change the world
