Job Description
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to improve soft skills such as communication, empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and time management among BPO employees.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in soft skills across different teams and departments.
- Design engaging training materials, presentations, and activities that incorporate adult learning principles and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood by participants.
- Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to align training programs with organizational goals and performance metrics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to support their ongoing development and application of soft skills in their roles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and customer service to incorporate into training curriculum.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Bachelors degree , Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to meet the needs of different audiences and learning styles.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive measurable improvements in soft skills and performance.
