The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

The AME Regional TTO Governance, Risk and Controls team is looking for resource based out of GBS Chennai to support the various Regional Governance, Risk and Controls activities / Initiatives.

As a Senior Manager, support the Regional / Cluster / Country Risk Heads / CTOO’s on the various requirements.

  • Manage stakeholders and ensure timely turnaround of what is expected.
  • Support the Middle East Cluster Risk and Controls Head on various risk and controls activities for ME countries.
  • Work closely with the Regional / Cluster Client Journey Risk Heads and other related stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Work on Recon governance covering preparation of Recon packs, Schedule Recon calls involving the country / Cluster stakeholders and Run the calls independently covering all CJ’s, Minute the meetings and circulate Minutes, follow up with GBS Recon teams and country teams for status / traction around recon issue closure.
  • Preparation of Score cards / any other risk packs, reports and gain a good understanding of related metrics. Respond / handle stakeholders in case of queries / suggestions.
  • Extraction of various reports required for the various packs and meetings covering topics like Loss, Near Miss, CST”s. RRA’s, Risk Issues, Audits.
  • Assist the Regional team on any other Risk and Governance related activities / initiatives as appropriate on need basis.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Few years of experience of operations and technology and / or operational risk field.
  • Ability to apply judgement and discretion in following through for resolution of issues raised across the region.
  • Strong communication, Interpersonal Skills and presentation skills, with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare clear, detailed risk analysis report / heat maps / Risk Packs.
  • Ability to work to fixed timelines and with people in different time zones.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and display strong initiative.
  • Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities.
  • Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail.
  • Flair for analytical and Risk capabilities.
  • Pack preparation and presentation skills.
  • Multicultural awareness
