St. Peters Law Academy Hiring For Senior Counsellor at New Delhi, Delhi Full Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide pre sales counseling and advise the students and their parents, effectively, regarding admission services in relation to courses available with us.
2. Providing in-depth information to prospective students, this includes counseling through phone call, email, chat, online video meet, face to face meet and social media.
3. Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
4. Responsible for the overall targets and profitability. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.

5. Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
6. Maintain effective communication till the time, student is onboarded.
7. Doing regular and timely follow ups of all mapped numbers.
8. Managing a team of education counselors and tele counselors.
9. Responsible for enhancing the enrollment of the students in the Online & Offline

Classroom programs & Non-Classroom programs.
10. Maintaining day to day work report and enrollment database.
11. Any Other suitable work as assigned by the St Peters Law Academy.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• · Candidate with an experience of 2-4 years.
• . Prior experience in the education sector is preferred Brilliant written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
