Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop communication and soft skill training modules.
• Teach verbal ability modules.
• Teach and support students by taking a learner-centered approach in line with the university.
• Conduct mock interviews, Group discussions
• Provide communications skills training to students coming from varied educational, social, and financial backgrounds.
• Design assessment plans to check student command over the language.
• Responsibilities include mentoring, counseling, encouraging & motivating students to continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, phrases, essay writing, etc
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience as a trainer in soft skill/telephone/ chat and email etiquette
