Admission counsellor helps to understand the relevant and more knowledge about the education, faculty, admission procedure, and many other related things. Responsibilities

Responsible for generating B2C leads for online tutoring business.

Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls or emails.

Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.

Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

Review the student applications for eligibility and academic qualification.

Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on the policies and guidelines.

Prepare and present applicant reports to the management.

Build broad knowledge of admission activities and guidelines.

Desired Profile:
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline

Excellent communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Industry knowledge would be an added advantage

Experience in college admissions may be preferred.

Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
