Key Responsibilities:

Literature Exploration: Introduce students to a diverse range of classic and contemporary literary works, encouraging discussions and analysis that deepen their understanding of language and culture.

Writing and Communication Skills: Nurture students’ writing and communication abilities, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them excel in various forms of written and oral expression.

Individualized Support: Recognize and address the unique learning needs of students, offering additional assistance or enrichment activities when necessary to ensure academic success for all.

Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to measure student progress and understanding, providing timely feedback to both students and parents or guardians.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment, promoting good behavior, discipline, and a mutual respect for all.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
