Job Description
- Markets programs and facilities by providing informational brochures, placing
advertisements, answering questions, etc.
- Obtains applicant information by requesting completed applications, verifying and clarifying
information, Counselling students and family members, and explaining admissions criteria.
- Refers students to other programs if necessary.
- Maintains admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to
admission criteria, policies, and procedures.
- Prepares admissions reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Organizes student records and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the enrolment process of current students
- Create statistical reports monthly and as needed based on Proof data
- Perform other work-related duties assigned by Director of Admission & Enrolment
