Ø Should assess, diagnose, investigate and prepare treatment protocol for OP and IP patients.

Ø Should assist head and unit chief in OT for difficult situations.

Ø Should admit patients by surveying their medical history.

Ø Should attend interdepartmental calls regarding patient queries.

Ø Should be available at the ward during admission and attend surgical emergencies and operate them if necessary.

Ø Should take care of all indents and registers maintained in the department.

Ø Should conduct classes for UG, BPT, BOT and dental sciences (PPT’s / Didactic lectures/Flip class).

Ø Should help juniors in posters, paper presentations and research activities.

Ø Should assist head in arranging CME, guest lectures, etc…

Ø Should prepare discharge summaries based on biochemical and pathology reports.

Ø Should follow patients in the review OP’s.

Ø Should guide by assisting junior faculties and CRRI’s during minor surgeries.

Ø Should be aware of the new techniques and technologies used and keep them up to date.

Ø Should attend all meetings and training programmes conducted by the head/ higher authorities.

Ø Should abide all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the organization. In case of any discrepancies necessary action will be taken by the management.

Ø Should follow leave procedure and inform higher authority before availing any leave.

Ø Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
