Academic Counselor

Srishti Robotics Technologies Pvt Ltd is a company working on Technology Education in South India. Prevalley, an initiative by Srishti which focuses on Post – K12 needed an Academic Counsellor to join our team.

The successful candidate will divide his or her time equally between administrative tasks and providing students with guidance and support. He or she must always be available to students who need help with academics, social stress, or other issues that might emerge during the program. We run a supportive environment with low educator turn-over and high employee satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills :

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English language.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of experience in relevant areas.
• Any graduation from a recognised university.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct communicative English training sessions and group discussions in an open, upbeat, engaging manner.

• Assist educators with planning and carrying out programs and events

• Analyze student performance in the classroom to provide guidance and identify potential problems and record them.

• Help students develop academic plans in accordance with their skills, talents, and strengths

• Work collaboratively with the team and other support staff.

• Communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioral and academic problems

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
