Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in recruiting and hiring for hospital staff across various departments.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and initial training.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Address and resolve employee issues or conflicts, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to improve retention strategies.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Provide information and support to employees regarding their benefits options and eligibility.
- Help manage employee compensation processes, including payroll-related tasks and adjustments.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops for staff development and compliance.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing materials or resources for effective learning.
- Track and report on training completion and employee progress.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that HR policies are consistently applied and adhered to across the hospital.
- Support audits and reviews of HR practices to ensure policy compliance.
Health and Safety:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment, including conducting safety training and managing incident reports.
Employee Engagement and Wellness:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Assist in organizing staff events, recognition programs, and other activities to boost morale and job satisfaction.

Job Timings: 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday
