Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Sri Chaitanya Techno School – Chandsi Gangapur Road Nashik, Manori Dindori Road Nashik
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our school team. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing the school’s enrolment process, including working with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the application process and providing them with information about the school’s programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively address/resolve customer inquiries across mediums i.e. in-person, over the phone, email, company website etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing them with information about the school and answering any questions they may have
- Guide prospective students through the application process, including completing and submitting all necessary forms and documents
- Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families
- Collaborate with other members of the school community to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
- Attend college fairs and other recruitment events to promote the school
- Collect, analyze and report on enrollment data to the senior management team
- Escalate all unresolved grievances of the customer to the Centre Head for prompt resolution.
- Conduct Campus tour to all customers/parents for Experiential Marketing.
- Record all admission registration on Lead Management System/MIS tracker as per the Process guidelines
- Scrutinize and maintain records for all admission forms and documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
