Roles and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Sports curriculum and Coaching modules and sports operations.
• Will be able to make lesson plans for online and offline curriculum
• Knowledge of the aspects of physical fitness.
• Research for potential kits, projects, curriculum, content, and education solutions.
• Develop age appropriate content for kits, projects, tools, and technologies included in the curriculum.
• Conduct training sessions for teachers on curriculum content, methods of delivery and assessment.
• Gather feedback and address areas of improvement in project, content, and delivery.
• Maintain data and backups like designs, lesson plans, lesson content, instructions and other documents related to curriculum.
• Maintain records and make reports and presentations for all stakeholders.
• Trainer and administrator in order to align and fulfil the functional goals to achieve the Vision of the organisation.
• Maintaining records and details of Competitions, Plan and coordinate for various competitions, tournaments and camps as per guidelines, Maintenance of Records, Coaches Administration.
• To follow the Curriculum in its totality and make the lesson plan fun and include much variety.
• Meet with the coaching staff to discuss overall coaching philosophy, season goals, coaching and administrative responsibilities, team and school policies, safety guidelines, and emergency medical procedures.
• Knowledge of excel is required
