Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar we are looking for a Client Success

Partner – Digital Advertising (m/f/d) to strengthen our account management/client

success team within the ad:s department to be based ideally in our office in India

(Mumbai) or Remote.

THE ROLE:

To support our Account Management/Client Success Management team that is helping

our clients to manage and improve their programmatic, paid social and paid search

campaigns, we are looking for a junior account manager who is willing to learn and grow

within the Digital Advertising environment while using Sportradar’s proprietary ad tech

stack.

THE CHALLENGE:

Actively manage clients day-to-day

Own the internal alignment and coordination between Sales, Media Buying and

Product

Plan, organize, and execute all relevant account management topics

Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clients

Prepare client facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational

presentations

Monitor client relevant KPIs to take action with internal and external stakeholders

Document client-related activities in our CRM systems

YOUR PROFILE:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or

Economics

Experience in Account Management and/or Digital Marketing (preferably in the

AdTech space)

First experience with Programmatic Advertising and knowledge of platforms like DV360, Tradedesk, Adform, GDN.

Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs like CTR, CPM, CPA

Passion to build and grow long-term relationships with clients

Analytical and operational strength to lead commercial decisions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment & have experience working with International Clients

Good communication and presentation skills

Very good English skills

Preferred:

Understanding of the sports betting eco-system is a plus

Hindi language knowledge will be considered as a strong plus
