Job Title: Senior Biology Faculty

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Biology Faculty member to lead and guide students in grades 11 and 12, preparing them for challenging examinations such as medical entrance exams and other competitive tests. As a Senior Biology Faculty, you will play a crucial role in shaping students’ academic journeys and providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the senior biology curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of medical entrance exam and competitive test aspirants.
• Deliver engaging and interactive biology classes, utilizing various teaching techniques, multimedia resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Administer regular assessments, including practice tests and mock exams, to evaluate students’ progress and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
• Cultivate an intellectually stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking, collaborative discussions, and academic excellence.
• Integrate the latest developments in biology into the curriculum, showcasing practical applications and relevance to medical entrance exams.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators to design interdisciplinary projects, promoting a well-rounded approach to education that aligns with the demands of competitive examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades, ensuring transparent communication with both students and parents.
• Establish effective communication channels with parents and guardians, providing insights into students’ achievements, challenges, and areas for growth.
• Actively participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching strategies and stay updated on the latest trends in education.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Biology or a related field, with a preference for specialization in areas relevant to medical entrance exams.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellence as a Senior Biology Faculty member or in a similar teaching role, highlighting a strong commitment to fostering student success.
• Possess extensive knowledge of advanced biology concepts, theories, and applications, with an emphasis on topics pertinent to competitive exams.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment that champions diversity and equal opportunities for all students.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
