Full Job Description
- Generate enquiry (Walk-in) by converting leads through cold calling
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her
- Explaining , admission procedures, course structure, course details
- Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
- Keep updated about the latest admission process
Responsibilities:
- Call leads and generate walk ins, identify prospective leads for enrolments
- Share hot leads with our team of counsellors and contribute to target achievement
- Maintain a detailed daily tracker of calls done
Requirements:
Knowledge
- Prior experience in education industry is preferred
- Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar is preferred
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Candidate should have a sales attitude (i.e. beating targets)
- The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft Office
