Role & responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the software product’s goals and

objectives.

Identify the training needs of different user groups, including internal teams, customers, and

partners.

Create a variety of training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and

documentation to support different learning styles.

Update and maintain training content to reflect software updates and changes.

• Training Delivery

Conduct training sessions in various formats, such as in-person, virtual, and self-paced online

courses.

Adapt training sessions to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 12 years of experience
• This person will provide the trainings to new joining’s & customers for the product launch & new features & add ons. – Eg amazon, Myntra
• This for DPA product as a platform for Chainthat for various domains.
• He will be responsible for Context creating for features in platform.
• Training about new product & new add ons & launching.
• Should be from technical background + understanding of cloud. as all their platforms are on cloud (Azure but be open)
