Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Head of School / Principal CBSE with one of the global chain of schools.

Job Location- Bangalore / Nagpur

Responsibilities

1.Lead the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective campus.

2.Articulate a strategic vision for the school and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision.

3.Design and deliver annual academic priorities and strategies in line with the organisation’s business plan

4.Promote and support the mission, vision, and direction of Global Schools Foundation

5.Oversee the various curriculum in the campus (e.g. CBSE, Cambridge, International Baccalaureate, etc., as needed).

6.Develop and provide appropriate learning, curriculum programmes and methods of instruction

7Work closely to understand student achievements, results, and feedback in the campus, and to identify areas for improvement

8.Evaluate teaching programmes’ relevancy and effectiveness relating to the development of students’ cognitive, physical, aesthetic, social, moral, and leadership capabilities

9. Develop, monitor, and review strategic plans and processes to best employ expertise, talent, and resources for the campus

10.Communicate regularly with faculty, staff and parents to improve the student experience and increase retention

11.Collaborate with the Senior Manager Admissions to increase admission numbers and strengthen the campus’s reputation

12.Discuss the previous year’s data to determine trends and make predictions for the current year in terms of potential enrolment numbers and the various expenses

13.Manage budgets effectively and according to school and faculty strategic priorities.
