Managing Regional training execution and rollout of trainings for all EBOs across Franchisee partners & O&O stores as applicable.

Job Description:

  • Training Facilitation & Delivery Product / Process / Soft Skills & Customer Experience * –

Across Online, Classroom & OJT formats

  • Training execution Plan and monitoring delivery of programs across regions/ franchisee/ stores Partner with the Stakeholders to drive the training agenda
  • Aligning internal and external stakeholders on training plan
  • Partner with the operations team for Training delivery and measurement process Driving & Supporting Outlet KPIs – Through Training Delivery and On the Job Mentoring Sessions in close coordination with Business and the company
  • Driving employee retention and engagement at Stores
  • Mentor the Franchisee trainers mapped to the Individual
  • Successful Execution of Training Initiatives and Learning Events Be the one point of contact all training requirements of the Region, and deliver the sameRoles and Responsibilities
