Criteria for Candidature :

An ideal candidate must be enthusiastic to teach in an online medium. Should

• Hold 4-5 years of experience in teaching or practicing Keyboard. Performance artists, educators, music coaches, and facilitators are welcome
• Be excited to teach and coach young children at least for 10 hours every week
• Be skilled to engage children, following our top-notch curriculum. (Prior work experience in developing or delivering subject matter expertise is a plus)
• Be passionate about building skills of musical sensitivity and expression in students

Responsibilities:

• Be available for a minimum of 6-10 hours a week to:
• Conduct online classes in accordance with our expert-built curriculum
• Engage with Spark Studio team for reflection, feedback, and professional growth
• Assess students periodically while working as a team to ensure all children are developing and learning at the appropriate pace, and reaching learning outcomes
• Participate in teacher development workshops and grow as a teacher

Contract length: 6-12 months

Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
