This is a remote position.

• This job is to teach Western Vocal Music online to international students

• Music teachers who are proficient in Western Vocals should only apply for this job.

• Having a certificate in Western music from a recognized school is preferable.

• Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual student’s needs and the Spardha syllabus.

• Teach music theory, aural skills, and practical techniques to students to prepare them for examinations

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Trinity or Rock school certified

• Experience in music teaching is desirable

• Comfort with technology-based Online Learning (using the internet & computers). You should have a LAPTOP and high-speed broadband connection and a required setup at your home.

• Confident in leading online personal & group classes, Good presentation skills & classroom management capability

• Self-motivated and team player, with good self-management skills

• Good communication skills in English and Indian languages

• You should have at least demonstrable experience teaching music to international students online using Google meet.

• Demonstrable knowledge of the music curriculum and the ability to implement it

• Ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents, and administration

• Able to pass a drug test and local background check

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Selected candidates would need to be flexible with timings and give 5 hrs on the platform.

• Candidates should be available to work on weekends.

• Educates students by planning and course of study, according to the curriculum guidelines of the academy.

• Incorporate innovative methods of teaching to make learning fun for kids.

• Motivate students to help them make progress in their musical skills
