Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Spanish Mentor role. The mentor will be responsible for guiding students in their journey to learn the Spanish language. Responsibilities include planning and delivering enjoyable and interactive lessons, tracking student progress, and providing personalized feedback for improvement. The mentor will also collaborate with students to focus on areas such as vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring Spanish to students of different age groups or skill levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively during online lessons.
• Ability to create personalized learning plans and provide constructive feedback to support student development.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and technologies, such as video conferencing platforms and digital educational resources.
• Passion for teaching, patience, and a supportive attitude towards learners.
• A degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience teaching in an online environment is a plus.
