• Handling walk-in customers for holiday packages
• Handling customer queries for domestic & International holiday packages through, emails and phones calls
• Designing itinerary and costing as per customer requirement for destinations like – Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Kerala, Golden Triangle, Himachal, Kashmir, Andaman, Rajasthan, North East, Goa, Dubai, Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, etc.
• Meetings with hotel partners for competitive rates
• Meetings with DMC or service provider’s rates and services
• Achieving revenue targets set by management (Pax / Booking / Profit)
• Follow up with a client for booking
• Booking of flights, hotel, and transport
• Dealing with complaints or refunds
• Designing package itinerary, costing as per customer requirement for short haul destinations
• Handle customer queries via call and email
• Error-free files/ projects
• Maintained cordial relations with other staff and assisted them in resolving their issues
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e. g. Destination, Flight connections, visa and travel insurance.
• Know work on CRM
• Coordination with Embassies / Consulate
• Visa Documentation
• Negotiating with Vendors (National & International)
• Increase profitability in the file

Requirements

• Qualifications: Graduation with / Advance Diploma or Degree in Tourism
• Personality traits: Achievement Orientation, Assertive, Analytic & Amiable
• Skills: Communication, Prospecting, Active Listening, Presentation Skills, Territory Management, Time Management, Business Acumen
• Experience in Education Sales
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Knowledge of Astronomy & Space Science
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience in Sales in the Travel Industry
