Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Communication Skills Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of effective communication techniques, especially in the context of cold calling and email outreach.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Certification in training or relevant field is a plus.
