Job Description

1. Acting as SPOC for trainees and staff for training programs.
Coordinate with the internal team for designing and conducting training sessions.
Provide training content formats and assist in content creation.
Assess the effectiveness and impact of training sessions and provide feedback.
Answer the queries of trainers and trainees and get their regular feedback.
Providing post-implementation support.
Resolving queries as and when required.

2. Assist the internal staff to create training content.
Provide resources to internal staff for improving their training skills.
Liaise with internal staff to create their training content and plan.
Suggest creative ways to build the content.
Organise and store the training material appropriately.

3. Maintaining and updating training schedules and resources.
Create a training timetable.
Block calendars and send regular reminders.
Ensure that training schedules are followed.

4. Maintaining and updating the documentation for your role.
