We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Narayana Group of Schools. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive sessions to help students develop essential life skills such as communication, confidence, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, student-friendly, and creative in delivering sessions that build confidence and character in young learners.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct soft skills sessions for students across various grades.
2. Plan and implement interactive activities, role-plays, and discussions.
3. Develop lesson plans aligned with school objectives and student age groups.
4. Observe and assess student participation and progress.
5. Collaborate with academic teams to integrate life skills into regular learning.
6. Prepare reports, maintain training records, and share feedback with coordinators.

Qualifications & skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
4. Experience in training, public speaking, or teaching preferred.
5. Positive attitude and passion for student development.
