Jobs & Responsibility
- Conduct Soft Skills training for U.G students at Amrita School of Agriculture.
- Responsible to build positive Behavioural skills in the students.
- Create, develop and update training materials based on the fundamental principle of Behavioural and social sciences. .
- Responsible to maintain adequate discipline in the classroom as well as to make the sessions a live learning experience
Required Candidate profile
- Candidates must possess minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in handling Behavioural Training/Soft Skills Training for UG/PG students.
- Candidates must possess UG & PG either in Social science or in Humanity subjects.
- Candidates with MBA-HR and personal Management are also eligible to Apply.
- Candidates who are willing to join immediately will be given preference.
