Role Description The Soft Skill Verbal Trainer will deliver interactive classroom sessions focused on communication, spoken English, presentation skills, and other key soft skills to students. This full-time, on-site role, based in Delhi, India, involves designing and updating training modules, lesson plans, and practice materials aligned with academic and industry requirements. The trainer will assess learners through tests, interviews, presentations, and activities, providing constructive feedback and individualized support. The role includes conducting workshops, mock interviews, and group discussions, as well as collaborating with faculty and placement teams to integrate soft skills into academic programs. The trainer will also maintain training records, track learner progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of the training curriculum. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Soft Skills, including spoken English, active listening, and articulation.
Proficiency in Training & Development, with experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
Effective Presentation Skills for conducting engaging lectures, workshops, and seminars.
Expertise in Life Skills training, such as confidence-building, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience as a soft skills, verbal, or corporate trainer, preferably in higher education or training institutes.
Ability to work with diverse learner groups and adapt methods to different proficiency levels.
Strong organizational, classroom management, and documentation skills.
Comfort with using digital tools, presentations, and learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
