Role Description:

Lead country strategy to enhance Consumer / Workplace Experience Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • and execute a comprehensive roadmap of Consumer / Workplace Experience Program initiatives prioritizing aspects of hospitality standards to meet organizational goals.
  • with various stakeholders and support Operations teams to ensure standardized Consumer experience.
  • Consumer journey across touchpoints and initiate process improvement and service innovation to enhance Consumer experience.
  • in development and execution of Consumer engagement strategy.
  • Annual Event Calendar for creating Consumer delight across Model sites.
  • out Workplace Experience audits and report observations and improvement areas.
  • a community of Workplace Experience professionals across Key Accounts for improving Customer experience and retaining Customers.
  • and publish Client Newsletters and Thought Leadership Papers.
  • data and analytics to gain insights into Consumer behaviour, preference, and opportunities for enhancing Consumer experience.
  • out due diligence and support commercial team on bid proposals.

Experience:

  • a degree or diploma in the appropriate discipline.
  • years of Experience in customer experience role.
  • experience >3 years leading innovative Customer Experience approach.
  • in Consumer journey mapping.
  • Candidates preferred from hospitality industry / facility management industry
