About Company

Smile Foreign Education is looking for Operations Executive in our operations team. The main part of your role will be to process all student applications received on a daily basis for taking admissions at various universities across UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany & France etc.

You will be responsible for checking all student’s documents for their eligibility and preparing document package to support student admission applications. This role is vital to our business and requires someone who has an eye for details, an inquiring mind and the ability to work calmly under pressure during intakes. Since every university has its own admission process and admission requirements do vary from course to course and students to students, you will be required to keep an update of admission requirements of universities closely. To handle universities requirements, course details and other essential forms, we use various online portals or company’s software applications. You have to work on those applications on regular basis. Therefore, you must be well-versed with using such portals/software. As an operation executive you will be responsible for other ad hoc work which will be communicated to you from time to time based on requirements of individual files or universities.

• Filling application forms for admission in international universities
• Follow-up with the universities for offer letter and admission updates
• Coordinate with counsellors/students/backend department for documents submission
• Gather and provide regular updates to students and respective counsellors
• Run reports within the system for operations and finance to assist with the visa process.
• Assist with phone calls and emails from client
• Preparing, reviewing sop’s for various universities as per the requirements
• Writing short/descriptive answers as part of application forms
• Updating status of files on company’s portals and universities admission portal sync.

Skills

• Fast typing speed with high level of accuracy
• Previous experience of dealing with student admission to foreign universities/visas is essential.
• Proficient in English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Well-presented and portrays the company a professional manner
• Outgoing, ‘Can do’ attitude, proactive, takes initiative
• Understands meaning of good customer service
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with
• stressful situations.
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,234.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
