Full Job Description
We are a UK based Overseas Education Consultancy and a division of a leading private college in the UK. We are looking for competent female candidates as Student counsellors for our regional office at Calicut, Kerala.
1. Handling walk-in and telephonic queries
2. Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different courses offered.
3. Advise students on specific programs and admission procedures.
4. Converting leads into admissions.
5. Assist students with admissions procedures.
6. Maximize sales revenue.
7. Should be able to document call log sheets & develop prospective call leads for the company.
Required Skills: – Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, Self-Motivated, Convincing ability & Good computer skills.
