You as the last-mile champ will handle all end to end process. You will act as a bridge between customer and Operations team. You will be one person who will pump in enough fuel and energy to run and deliver operations at its best.

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for guiding the student on study options available for Overseas universities as per their profile. Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet, cold calling when required (no sales target).

Follow up with students for pending documents and payments. Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads Manage end to end process from University / Course shortlisting to documentation. Ensure process compliance and timely reporting. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.

Graduation Not Required.

*Trainings will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹13,000.00 per month
