Responsibilities and Duties
(Require College Faculty/Professor recruitment experience)
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates (Faculty/Professor hiring) from various online channels e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Prepare & send job offer emails, answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Carry out Joining and Exit formalities
Managing Statutory compliance
Get necessary administrative approvals from management
Employee Engagement program
Conduct Performance Appraisal on time and determine appropriate compensation
