What Does This Opportunity Mean for You

• Gather requirements and input from diverse internal and external stakeholders to develop content that supports our knowledge asset deliverables
• Plan, create assessment questions and conduct assessments via LMS.
• Indulge in learning activities using LMS. Maintain the global learning management system
• Trainer will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery, including analysis/identification, design, delivery and evaluation of training needs, courses, and programmes
• Monitor employee’s process and usage of product effectiveness and capture in a monitoring tool to understand training need for an employee
• Clarify queries/concerns in the product/platform via chat/email/call support to the employees

Skills and Attributes Required

• 3-5 years experience in training delivery and content creation (E-Learning, manuals etc)
• Experience in delivering Product/Process (Zoho CRM, other internal portals/products) Training
• Behavioral training & Overseas Education Consultancy experience is an added advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work and influence multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders globally
• Familiar with MS-Office Suite-PowerPoint, Word, Forms and Excel, video editing software
