Who Are We Looking For?

Soft Skills Trainer (Bangalore Based) As SkillSphere Education continues to grow and moves into its next large-scale phase of expansion, it has become imperative for us to hire individuals who can join our full-time team of trainers to conduct short term and long-term workshops in the city of Bangalore. It is for these primary reasons that SkillSphere Education is looking to hire Soft Skills Trainers who are based out of Bangalore

– one of our growing areas of operations A Typical Week In The Life Of A Soft Skills Trainer (Bangalore Based)

– Conducting primarily offline and some online training sessions in Bangalore. All of these sessions are those SkillSphere’s educational workshops such as Model UN workshops, Global Quizards workshops, Super Speakers workshops etc. Training is going to be the most integral part of your job role and 5-6 hours each day will be dedicated to it.

– Assisting the training and quality control team in management and proof reading of student reports, workshop coordination, and ensuring quality control measures are followed

– Completing student reports, feedback forms and other responsibilities associated with conduct of specific workshops

– Coordinating with some of the trainers who are conducting different educational programmes for SkillSphere Education on a weekly basis to collect feedback and other information related to session conduct.

– Working with SkillSphere Education’s core team on planning and strategization on a weekly basis. – Please note that you will have a 5 day work week and your location of work will be a school in ITPL (close to Kadugodi)

What Should You Be Good At?

– Communication skills: You must be able to speak freely and confidently with any person right from 8 to 80 years of age. Considering you are going to be assuming the role of a Soft Skills Trainer, you must be able to interact uninhibitedly in a range of environments.

– Public speaking: While we don’t expect you to be a Barack Obama, you should not suffer from stage fright or a complete lack of confidence when it comes to speaking in front of crowds. If this is not a problem, don’t worry about other nuances of public speaking. You will be trained comprehensively for public relations, and conducting workshops, educational programmes and events.

– You must be passionate about the field of education and teaching students: We are looking for people who are motivated about influencing social change through skill set development

– Inter-personal skills and confidence when meeting/interacting with individuals otherwise unknown to you. You must also have good presentation skills

– Seeing the bigger picture. If you are going to be a part of the core team, you need to have a vision for yourself and align it with that of the company. We aren’t looking for someone interested in a 9 to 5 job only!

SkillSphere Education follows a system which monitors task completion by all employees as per pre-decided timelines on a weekly basis. We value efficacy and efficiency over everything else. In case you get selected for this position, client and student feedback about your performances as a trainer; ability to manage systems effectively and efficiently; and your ability to contribute to tasks associated with quality control & curriculum will play a major role in determining your performance.

Starting Salary to Be?

We prefer making expectations of all potential applicants clear at the very inception. Based on your performance in the recruitment process, your suitability for this position will be assessed. If selected, then your starting salary can vary between ₹ 50,000/- and ₹ 55,000/- per month (₹ 6,00,000 to ₹ 6,60,000/- per annum apart from other benefits and allowances) dependent upon various factors and parameters including experience and qualifications. As has already been mentioned in this job description, you are joining us at a point where we are growing exponentially. Like all members of our core team whose salaries are growing along with the company, you can also expect the same to take place.
