About this role

We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer to design courses and workshops incorporating the best learning practices and industry standards. An ideal candidate must have a passion for good teaching content and 3+ years of previous instructional/teaching/design experience. Excellent English language skills is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design robust course and workshop curriculums
• Help design and create training and assessments
• Write clear and concise chapter narratives and develop
• Streamline procedures and processes for instructors to implement curriculum
• Review and recommend resources and tools
• Analyze student data to improve curriculum and course design
• Evaluate and implement curriculum standards and performance metrics
• Set up a feedback loop for teachers and course curriculum
• Recommend and implement new technology, providing trainings as necessary
