Job Profile:

• Counsel students who need more clarity on career they have the skill and will for
• Ability to conduct psychometric assessments, interpret and explain the reports to the students
• Evaluate student’s educational backgrounds / Stream preferences in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals
• Guide students in determining their interests and abilities using a wide range of methods, such as aptitude assessments, interviews and planning materials
• Advise students about what courses and educational programs they need for particular careers.
• Help students select the right colleges in India or Abroad.
• Help students craft a long-term road map for reaching their career objectives

Candidate Profile:

• Certification in Career Counselling is mandatory
• Atleast one year’s experience as a career counselor
• This is a full-time job based out of different locations. Please DO NOT apply if you are seeking a REMOTE job
• Ability to build rapport with parents, students and teachers
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of psychometric reports, careers and study options is very important
