About the job
About the job: As one of our core team members, you’ll be helping shape our “Sales” culture at Skillinabox for all of its current and future workforces. Working closely with the founders and the board, you will be directly responsible to lead our Content strategies, build a strong workforce base & work with people across multiple cities. A “Beacon Role” to shape our growth in all dimensions and build a team as you grow.
Please note: This is an entrepreneurial role where you will be joining the core team and working with founders as well as the board directly. This is a transient role, we are looking for someone with high energy & hunger to grow with us and propel their career in skill tech. Hands down the best growth you can get, we promise you that!
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on sales target projections
2. Scheduling lead process from start to finish
3. Scheduling and conducting product demos for women
4. Pitching, counselling and closing leads
5. Working on the training and development of inbound counsellors
6. Building remote teams across states
7. Opening offices/touch points in multiple cities
8. Working on being a founding member of our L&D division
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and pitching clients
2. Solid experience in creating sales and achieving the sales target
3. Hands-on experience in pitching, counselling and leading
4. Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth
Compensation and benefits:
1. Current compensation – ESOPs (stock options) + 3.6-5 LPA
2. Your next appraisal will be in a really short period considering this is a core team position we are hiring for (6-10 months)

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per month
