Siya Health, a Dynamic Digital startup in the area of IVF is looking for a ‘Patient Counsellor’.

Key Responsibilities:

· Call back Patient Inquiries

· Speak with Patients on calls to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions

· Coordinate with different stakeholders (parties) to provide services to patients for home blood collection, Injections etc

· Maintain Patient databases

· Interact with IVF Clinics and Staff

· Use of Siya Health Technology for Patient Interaction

Ideal Candidate should possess:

· BSc/Msc/Biotech/Life Sciences Graduate/Post Graduate

· Good Communication Skills

· Proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati spoken Language

· Good Excel, Powerpoint and MS Office

· Hardworking and Organized

· Past Work experience in IVF Clinics is MANDATORY

Expected Start Date: 1/12/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
