Role & responsibilities :

• Manage and develop relationships with existing Colleges to increase revenue and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional training service and support.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Need to have experience working in Edu-Tech Industry Operations Experiences.
• Coordination, Invoice processing, College Connects, Trainee Handling experiences, and Trainee program scheduling Experience Must. Should have good communication. Ready to travel On and OFF.
