KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

STUDENT RECRUITMENT 60%
*
*

• Informational web sessions: Organize & host a minimum of 2 weekly web sessions in coordination with schools, coaching centers & career centers to generate genuine leads interested in studying abroad. *

*

• Lead conversion: Follow up on leads generathrough online and offline marketing efforts and enhance the market ROI.*

*

• Monthly program: Organize small events on a monthly basis to host a group of parents & students interested in studying abroad. *

*

• Events, programs & fairs: Research and select the most effective education fairs, parents teacher meetings, conferences etc. to attend in order to generate leads. *

*

• Strategy development: Create and implement strategies to meet the recruitment goals set forward by the management.

SCHOOL RELATIONS 40%

• Networking & relationship building: Create relationships & rapport with high school counselling professionals through attending events, social media, email and other communication channels.

• Sign up schools for bi-monthy webinars. *

*

• Social Networking & Lead generation: Follow-up with high schools professionals through email campaigns, social media, webinars, content etc. through phone calls & virtual meetings. Add principals & counselors to Social media accounts daily. *

*

• Calling schools: Call high schools on an ongoing basis to introduce Simpled and eventually organize a study abroad program with the institution. .

ROUGH LIST

• * Webinars: Run a minimum of 2 Webinars per month for US on trending topics in the field of international education.*

*

• Content: Writing, publishing & distributing 2 white papers on a trending topic in International Education on a monthly basis.

*

• * Follow up: Follow up with the leads generated through conference, social media, emails, calling & other campaigns.*

*

• Calling: Call a minimum of 25 students/parents each day to introduce Simpled’s Advising services. *

*

• Social Media: Engage prospects by posting relevant information on Social Media and engaging with the school counseling professionals through commenting, responding, liking posts & contents. *

*

• Leading the advising team:

• Conduct team meetings.

• Providing needed guidance and support.

• Provide training if needed and also check that the training is being put into use.

• Provide encouragement and motivation to team members.

Required Qualifications:
*
*

• Outstanding communication & writing skills (English)

• Degree in business or similar field.

• Familiarity with Indian & International education system.

• Experience working in study abroad advising.
