Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience as mother teacher in progressive schools and are competent in:

· Academic mastery

· Managing workload and time without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity

· Implementation of curriculum, progressive pedagogical practices, NEP2020, Skills and competencies in the teaching-learning process

· Ensuring academic excellence through promotion of teaching-learning and progressive pedagogical practices, development of innovative student-centric pedagogies and their smooth implementation at the ground level in line with NEP2020 & NCF

· Aligning self with the existing progressive pedagogical practices, tools and technologies

· Establishing systems, processes and policies and orienting team for adherence of the same

· Excellent inter-personal, IT & Communication Skills

· Promoting independent and team research work

Expected Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, age groups and nationalities
• Ability to withstand physical and mental stress
