• The counselor will be placed in a partner school as a career and overseas education counselor which will be based in the Tricity region and are amongst the best schools in India
• Job responsibilities will include career counseling, organizing and conducting extracurricular activities for students from 9th to 12th, personality development sessions, and assistance in the overseas application guidance
• The candidate must either have prior knowledge of career counseling/ be from a psychology background or overseas higher education background
• The candidate will be catering to client interaction and will act as a liaison between the students and the backend applications team
• The candidate should be competent enough to conduct classes for the students on life skills and extracurricular development-related topics
• Job roles of the candidate will include targeting maximum conversions for overseas and domestic applications from the assigned school
• The candidate should preferably have prior knowledge of Co-curricular activities/profile-building processes
• Delivering presentations on Life skills related topics, company services, and various other topics related to overseas and domestic application processes
• Conducting career guidance-related sessions and classes from time to time for a group of students
• Travel across various partner schools in the Tricity region from time to time
