Responsibilities and Duties:

• Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
• Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
• Interacting with Silica centers
• Making Outbound calls to Silica Center.
• Exceeds monthly basis sales.
• Lead conversion
• Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent English Communication
• Proficient in MS-Office applications with advanced skills in MS-Excel and reports.
• Pleasing Personality & Leadership skills

• Good Team Player
• Pleasing Personality, pressure handling, Good Energy level, Ambitious
• Should be target oriented

Salary :

• 15k to 25k + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Education & Admission Counsellors: 1 year (Preferred)
